When there is an issue dealing with a wildlife, whom would you rather call on to handle it?

ARA (Animal Rights Activists) or PETA (People of the Ethical Treatment of Animals)?When there is an issue dealing with a wildlife, whom would you rather call on to handle it?

Are there only two oranisations who could deal with this?. Personally I feel this muderderous act which happens a lot in Germany, should carry much harder penalty. For example a term in prison, a ban for life of ever keeping any animal, a very heavey fine and to be exposed publically for exactly what they have done. Fortunatly here in Switzerland we do not have much of this or other kinds of animal cruelty.
The ASPCA would probably have tons of great lawyers willing to take the case for pro bono hours.
