Yes, there are things to use. Personally, I have 2 mounted on the grill on my RV. It's a whistle (humans don't hear ir) that deer hear and steer clear of me. I assume it works because I haven't hit one yet. Look at the pet store/ auto parts store.Devices to mount on vehicle to distract wildlife?
There are lots of devices out there. But research has shown that they are ineffective. In some cases, they have even been shown to increase the danger of collision.





The best solution is the same as it has always been - drive with extra care in areas that have high wildlife populations.
you can buy little plastic whistles that mount on your bumper that are advertised to scare deer %26amp; other animals.


on the other hand deer %26amp; other animals run into %26amp; are hit every day by very noisy vehicles such as semi's,ambulances %26amp; fire trucks with their sirens going full blast,motorcycles with straight pipes etc so you're actually just wasting your money on the silent whistles.
Yes they are available for a very few $$ from an auto store. You mount them on the front bumper area and the wind creates the sound which is silent to us.


They are apparently very effective.
